Silent Reading.

Today for silent reading, I read about a book called "Into the Wild". I'm reading it for my English class, and figured that now would be a good time to read details about the novel.

I continued reading about "Beloved" and it was very interesting to read about the characters in more detail than before. I read about the main characters as well as an analysis on themes and motifs displayed in the novel.

How did you go about testing your program? What were the results of that testing?

Today I finished the code for the Dice Game and did the debugging. This testing helped me make sure that everything functioned like it was supposed to, and if something was wrong, I stopped debugging, tried to fix whatever was wrong, and then tested again. I finally got the right coding, and now I am ready for the MadLibs project.

Today I didn't make much process because I really don't understand how to do the coding for randomizing numbers. So tomorrow I plan to ask for help during class, and if absolutely necessary, come in for lunch.

What progress did you make today on your solution? What needs to be completed next class?

Today I worked on the dice game. I finished making custom dice and making the layout of the program more interesting so that I can get the bonus points. I also figured out how to make a pop-up messag box, and I'll need several more of these for my program. Tomorrow I need to focus on finishing most of the coding and making the custom icon so that by the end of the week I'm finished and am ready for the next project; I dont' want to fall behind again.

Silent Reading Reflection

Today I continued reading sparknotes on the novel 'beloved'. It was very interesting and gave me a much better insight on what the book is really trying to convey.
